Our policy is to hire qualified professionals on contract terms and consider laborer’s for casual terms. We recognize that some people can learn their trades through apprenticeship, we therefore have a room for talented people who can train on job as they work for us. Though maintaining a job in the construction industry is difficult due to its nature, we may consider some of our highly motivated staff for permanent terms. Employment is on merit and is open to any Kenyan citizen of either gender.
